ILIA’s Color Haze Multi-Matte Pigment is a unique cream based formula for cheeks and lips. Each shade can build in color intensity or be blended out for a soft wash of color. The weightless, hydrating cream leaves cheeks with a natural finish and dries down to a comfortable matte lip.

HOW TO USE

Cheeks: A little goes a long way. Dab a dot or two along the apples of the cheeks, then blend out with fingers or your favorite complexion brush to achieve a soft wash of color.

Lips: Apply directly to the center of your lips. Lightly blend outward with your finger for a blotted, diffused look. For extra moisture, layer Balmy Gloss Tinted Lip Oil on top.
