HOW TO USE

This multi-tasking highlighter is best used when mixed together with your favorite complexion product for a natural back-lit glow. Mix one pump into your foundation or use on its own along the high points of the face or lids. Product dries quickly so be sure to blend edges immediately after application for a smooth, seamless finish. Use with ILIA’s Perfecting Buff Brush to help blend.
