ILIA Natural Brightening Eye Primer

ILIA’s Natural Brightening Eye Primer creates a blank canvas for cream and powder shadows. The unique combination of natural mineral pigments brightens the eyes and absorbs excess oils to help enrich color and lock shadows in place. Antioxidants such as Aloe, and Rosehip regenerate while Arnica helps to depuff. 

WHY YOU NEED IT

We love this eye primer to help keep our shadows in place. Because many clean makeup products are formulated with skin nourishing oils, this primer helps keep eyelids smooth so that shadows don’t crease throughout the day. After applying the primer, follow with the ILIA Necessary Eyeshadow Palette to define and accentuate the eyes.

HOW TO USE

Gently dab a small amount onto your eyelids and blend out using your ring finger, being careful not to tug at your skin.
