HOW TO USE

Following the natural hair pattern, brush brows up and out for a full, fluffy look. For an extra boost of color, start by brush hairs backwards first, then finish by combing through brows as usual. For a fuller brow or to fill in any sparse areas before grooming, pair with the Kosas Brow Pop Pencil.
